Used copiers are sold AS IS in the continental
USA only so you need to plan on:
Sales Tax in Texas only & a delivery expense.
Various levels of clean-up & prep work ($100
flat fee), PM service (appox. $500-850), &
refurbishment (appox. $650-$2000) are generally
available.
Most warehouses have too many copiers to list
and so we do not try to keep up with their
inventory. We simply use the information you
provide to find the best match for your requirements
as close as possible to your location.
Once you have purchased your copier, call
Joe at 214-725-3393 to have your copier preped
for delivery and to arrange a delivery schedule.
When your copier arrives, unwrap it, plug
it in, load paper and you are ready to go!
WARRANTY:
North Texas Copier, Inc. sells all copiers
on an "as is" basis. We clean the exterior
and guarantee that it "passes copy". All used
copiers sold as "Re-furb" or "New" carry a
warranty as noted on that specific product.
For copiers sold out of the Dallas warehouses
and not for export, we offer an optional service
to have a technician clean and test your copier
before it leaves the warehouse. Technicians
bill us from $65 to $85 per hour plus parts,
but for this optional service we charge you
a flat fee of $100. This includes all minor
parts needed such as cleaning blades and corona
wires, but we do not replace drums or major
components. Should the copier need a drum
or major component you will be informed before
it is repaired. If you have purchased this
optional technicial service, North Texas Copier,
Inc. warranties all copiers that we sell for
90 days. You are responsible for paper, toner,
fuser/developer (if applicable), and electricity.
COPIER MAINTENANCE
- OLD COPIER REMOVAL:
North Texas Copier, Inc. will remove all old
copiers for FREE. (NOTE: Due to the potential
environmental hazard involved in disposing
of some copiers with selenium on the drum,
many charities do not take any old copiers.)
EQUIPMENT PHOTOS
and COPIER SPECS:
We reserve the right to use stock photos from
the manufacturer and other sources. Read the
description of each copier for accessory inclusions
or exclusions.
